Keynote speaker for the National Forum on the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) 27^th - 28^th August 2019
GICC, Gaborone, Bostwana

In his address, with the presence of ministers of the government and permanent secretary, Jacques talked about the necessity to find a proper balance between urban and rural Africa, develop regulatory framework conducive promoting a better understanding of 4IR, continue to build basic infrastructure (first), educate and train local in ICT, and promote rural development by creating natural economic corridors (Smart Villages). Health services are at the center of these projects and SSAHI intends to play a major role.
